How to make a Choux Pastry.

Ingredients:

Flour

Milk

Butter

Eggs

How to make?

First heat the milk and water. Also make the butter melt. Once it is done add it in flour and mix well. Beat in the eggs gradually to a smooth dough. Pipe it on a baking sheet and place it in a heated oven. Once done remove it from the oven.

When it cools down sweeten it and you can also dip in melted chocolate.
