Veg Millet upma

Ingredients:

1 cup Broken Wheat
3 cup Water
Salt
1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
carrots, potato, peas, beans,red capsicum,green capsicum
1 tsp Urad Dal
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp Cumin seeds
Few curry leaves
Pinch of hing
Salt
Oil

Presentations:

Dry roast the broken wheat in kadhai fry till it changes color and leaves an aroma. Remove wash properly and then cook it in a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water on medium heat and cook for 1 whistle.
Cool down and remove in a plate.

Heat kadhai along with oil, add hing , urad Dal , mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and curry leaves. When Seasoning splutters , Add chopped veggies fry till tender ,add boiled broken wheat, adjust salt, half cup of water stir well cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Once the water is vaporized and all vegetables are soft, your dish is ready !

Serve with any type of side dish.
