Pressure Cooker Biryani is not a big deal.

I make this pressure cooker version of biryani hope you all like.
I love this biryani as it turns out perfect and delicious taste every time whenever I cook this.
Cooker biryani is bad impression by few but to know the secret behind it !
I suggest few steps like before soaking, citrus to cooked rice , spices into half, adding milk and more . Comes perfect fluffy biryani. Taste, look and perfection in one pot.
So here is the recipe to delicious, egg ,potato and dry peas biryani in a pressure cooker.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Basmati rice
6 Boiled Eggs
3 Potato cut into Cubes
1 Cup Boiled dry peas
2 Crushed Cardamom
1 Bay leaf into half
4 Cloves (2..2 )
2 Anis (1 each)
1″ Cinnamon into half
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Sliced Big Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Sahi Zeera
1 Cup Hung Curd
2 Sliced Green Chillies
1 Cup full Cream Milk
2 drops Biryani Essences
Few Mint
Oil
Salt

Preparation:

Divide the whole spices into half.
Boil the peas and set aside.
Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 mins. Now Cook rice along with one half of whole masala before removing pour lemon juice stir well and set aside.

Heat oil in a cooker, place boiled egg before that press each egg to remove the inside air and fry till golden.
On the same oil fry the potatoes till golden brown. Remove in a plate.
Now add another half of whole spices and let it sizzle.
Saute Onions for a while add Chillys, ginger garlic paste ,curd and mix well.
Add cook till the curd thickens.
Add in rice and toss well.
Add fried potatoes,eggs and boiled dry peas
Stir well add water, milk essence and salt stir well.
Add garam masala now do not stir.
Close the lid and cook on low flame till one whistle . Switch off flame remove the weight let the steam go completely. Again put the weight on cooker. Serve after half an hour or whenever you like.
