LAB BE SHIREEN

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

✔ Custard

 

✔ 1/2 cup vermicelli

 

✔ Green and orange

synthetic food colour

 

✔ 1/2 cup amul cream

 

✔ 1/2 cup raw mango

jelly ( Brown and

polson )

 

✔ 1/2 cup Raspberry

jelly ( Brown and

Polson)

 

✔ 5 table spoon

pomegarante

 

✔ 3 table spoon

Orange/ sweet lime/

Malta or any other

fruit of your choice.

 

✔ Pistachio

 

✔ Vanilla  essence

 

METHOD:

 

Custard Method:

 

1) Boil 4 cup milk in a vessel.

 

2) Add 5 table spoon sugar; stir it well and keep it on slow flame.

 

3)  Now take 2 table spoon custrad powder; mix it in 4 table spoon  water.

NOTE:

(Because of this there will be no lumps in the custard)

 

4) Add this to the milk .Let ur custard get boiled. Let it come into room temperature.

After this mix amul  cream. Now keep

It in fridge for 2 hours

NOTE:

Do not put cream on warm custard. Let it bring to room temperature.

Your custard is ready

VERMICELLI METHOD:

1) Take 1 and 1/2 cup water. Put 1/2 tea spoon oil. Put pinch of green color. Add vermicelli. Let it get bolied.

Your  vermicelli is ready.

2) Do the same for orange colour vermicelli.

JELLY:

RASPBERRY JELLY:

METHOD:

Boil 1/2 cup water

Add the jelly powder. Stir it continously. As it gets bolied, spread it in a flat plate. Let it set in the room tempearture. Then put it in fridge for 2 hours.

RAW MANGO JELLY:

✳Same method as Raspberry jelly method.

✳ ASSEMBLING

1) Take cooked custard in a bowl.

2) Add coloured vermilcelli.

3)  Add the mentioned fruits

4) Add a drop of vanilla essence.

5) Garnish with pistachios

6) Keep it in the fridge till it gets chilled.
