Of all the street snacks, vada pav has grown to be the darling of the masses. A pillowy pav, stuffed with golden fried spiced batata( potato) vada, covered with a lick of coriander chutneys.

So now lets check out how is this tasty and mouthlicking mumbai ki shaan snack vada pav made😊
FOR THE VADA
✔1 and 1/2 cup boiled, peeled and
✔ 2 table spoon ginger and garlic
✔ 1/2 tea spoon chilly paste
✔ 1 tea spoon mustard seeds
✔ 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
✔ Salt as per taste
✔ 1/2 table spoon roasted coriander
FOR THE BATTER
✔ 100g besan( gram flour)
✔ 1/2 cup water
METHOD FOR VADA :
1) Heat 1/2 tea spoon oil in a vessel , add mustard seeds, add coriander seeds, add ginger garlic paste , add chilly paste, add turmeric powder and salt.
2) Stir it well for 2 minutes, then add boiled smashed potatoes. Again stir it well. Just cook for 2 minutes. Make round shape balls of it.
3) Now for batter, mix the besan (gram flour) in the water , add salt as per taste. Mix it well for good batter.
Your batter is ready.
4) Now heat the oil in a vessel, take those vada balls, dip in this batter and you can always shallow fry it.
Your mouthwatering vadas are ready😋
VADA PAV KE SAATH CHUTNEY TO BANTI HAI😊😋
Let’s now have a look hows chutney is prepared????
✔ 1/2 cup coriander leaves
✔ 3 pieces of garlic
✔ 1 green chilly
✔ 1/4 cup water
Blend this ingredients in a grinder.
Your mouthwatering chutney is ready😋
Now put mouthlicking chutney in pav, put scrumptious wadas and enjoy it.
