“STRESSED IS DESSERTS SPELLED BACKWARDS”

WE ALL LOVE SWEETS!!!

 Right??? 

But nowadays as health has become “TOPIC OF INTEREST” we always  have an option to make healthy sweets😊

So let’s see how we are preparing one of the most tempting sweets and that is Twisted kheer.

TWISTED KHEER

INGREDIENTS:

✔ 1 litre milk

✔ 1/4 cup soaked rice

✔ 4 table spoon sugar  ( as per taste)

✴ NOTE

(As health is concerned you can always put less sugar and substitute it with honey for sweetness as it is considered best for health and gives awesome taste)

✔ 1/2 table spoon cardamom powder

✔ Khoya 50 grams

✴NOTE 

( Khoya is always optional. Now to give taste you can always opt with saffron which gives excellent taste)

✔ 1/2 tea spoon kewra essence

✔ 3 table spoon chopped pistachios

✔ 2 table spoon chopped almonds 

METHOD :

1) Soak rice in 2 cups of  water for 10 minutes. Then grind it.

2) Now cook milk in a vessel. When it gets boiled add grinded rice.

Stir it well.

3) Add sugar. Add cardamom powder. Again stir it well.

NOTE:

STIRRING IS MOST  IMPORTANT IN THIS SWEET DISH.

4) Now add khoya and add kewra essence.

Stir it well. Garnish it with pistachios and almonds.You can decorate with rose petals.

Your yummylicious kheer is ready😊
