Some food has has its own unique taste and style and it never changes.

 

Gaav ka khana jub yaad aye to nani/dadi ka kuta  khada masala yaad ata jaata hai.

 

Wo kuti lal tikhi mirchi,

Wo khushbudar kuti dhaniya ka swad,

Nani/ dadi ka pyaar se bana hua shudh ghee ka paratha😊😋

Let’s get into old days and check out the very easy recipe of Kuta Masala Chicken.

 

KUTA MASALA CHICKEN

 

INGREDIENTS:

✔ 1/2 kg chicken

✔ 5 table spoon coriander seeds

(Khadi dhaniya)

✔ 1 tea spoon cumin seeds ( zeera)

✔ 3 bedki mirchi 

✔ Oil

✔ 1 tomato

✔ Salt as per taste

✔ 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

✔ Bay leaves( Tez patta)

 

The method is very simple and has an exclusive taste😊😋

METHOD:

1) Now here you dont have to use mixer. Here you will use hamam dasta ( mortar and pestle). Take coriander seeds, cumin seeds and bedki lal mirchi. Crush and smash it as much as you can. Keep it aside. 

2) Now heat oil in vessel, put chicken, salt and turmeric powder. Let it  cook for 15 minutes. 

3) Now put this crushed masala and stir it well. Put tomato, bay leaves and let it cook for 15 minutes.

 

Your mouthwatering Kuta masala chicken is ready 😊😋
