HEALTHY BREAKFAST~ OATS
Golden rays of sun, sweet chirping of birds, fresh breeze and here i start my morning’s with very healthy and tasty breakfast~ OATS😋😋
There should always be balance in your life. Same goes for your eating habits too.
Oats add balance to your body. It acts as healthy STOMACH FILLER. It contributes very well to weight loss.
Oats can definately be a part of healthy diet.
So let’s check very easy and quick tasty recipe of oats😋
✔ 1 cup milk
✔ 1/2 cup water
✔ 1 table spoon honey
✔ 3 table spoon oats
✔ 2 almonds
✔ 2 walnuts
✔ 4 pistachios
1) Boil the water, add oats. Stir it for 2 minutes.
2) Now add milk, mix it well. Let it get boiled.
3) After getting it boiled, add honey and stir it well.
3) Lets make it more healthy by adding almonds, pistachios and walnuts😋😋😊😊
Your healthy and tasty morning breakfast is ready😊
1)Dry fruits are optional. If you do not want to add dry fruits, you can make plain oats.
2) If you like to add dry fruits, you can opt for any other dry fruits of your choice.
3)Do not add sugar as health is concerned, instead add honey which is always considered healthy and tasty.
